Hello beloved, this is Willy Mouna.
It is with joy that we will hold a retreat here on the coast of Santa Catarina, in Imbituba (bank). This is a spiritual retreat, where we will slow down the mind, meditate and remember the essentials that we often forget . Sometimes what we look for in life is exactly where we don't stop to look, which is inside. This is a retreat for everyone and there is no need for prior experience .
The retreat will start in the morning and we will end by contemplating the sunset on the dunes. But, in case you need to leave before this time, it's okay! The retreat will feature a vegetarian lunch and a snack to snack on in the morning and afternoon.
